STRIMLING, Dora. Born Lithuania 3rd October, 1919, daughter of Isaac and Sorrel Bacher. Came to South Africa 1929. Educated at Athlone High School, Johannesburg. Treasurer, Cyrildene Women's Synagogue Guild, 1960-64; membership Convener, Cyrildene Zionist Organisation, 1960-63. Member, Oldroyd Bowling Club. Married late Daniel Charnay, 1940; now married to Maish Strimling; two sons, one daughter. Add.: 17, Cooper Street, Cyrildene, Johannesburg.
