KAPELUS, Harry. Business Executive. Born Calvinia, C.P., 25th December, 1911, son of Louis and Sarah Kapelus. Educated at Calvinia. Manager of a tea and coffee factory. Served during World War II as Staff-Sergeant in Coast Artillery and Anti- Aircraft (1940-45); awarded the Efficiency Medal. Member of the Vredehoek Sports Club, Cape Town. April, 1938; two daughters.
