GALLOON, Zemach. Jeweller. Born Lithuania 1902, son of Moses and Beile Galloon. Educated at Yeshivot in Wilno, Shavel, Ponives and Krakinowa, and graduated as a Minister, in which capacity he came to South Africa in 1926. Proprietor of Z. Galloon, Jewellers and Gift Specialists. Author of "Hatalmud al Hatanach." Served during World War I in Lithuania. Married 25th January, 1931; wife's name, Golda; one son. Add.: 51, Sholom, Regent Road, Sea Point, Cape Town.
