RUDOLPH, Julius. Attorney. Born Klerksdorp 19th January, 1912, son of Morris and Betty Rudolph. Educated at Potchefstroom College and at Pietermaritzburg. Town Councillor in Klerksdorp for past nine years. Hon. Treasurer, S.A. Red Cross; and Chairman S.A. National Council for Alcoholism (Klerksdorp). Chairman, Klerksdorp Hebrew Congregation, 1960-63; Hon. Secretary, Klerksdorp Chevra Kadisha since 1950. During World War II saw active service in Middle East and Italy with South African Defence Force, rising to rank of Captain. Married Hilda Gluckman, 1943; four daughters. Recreation: Bowls.
