TANNER, Morris. Speculator. Born Orange Free State 29th
September, 1916, son of Bernard and Margaret Tanner. Educated at Florida Government
School and Athlone High School, Johannesburg. Chose business career. Was
associated with several large business organisations in the city. Foundation
member of the National Veld Trust. Life member, of the Johannesburg Jewish
Helping Hand and Burial Society. Is a physical culturist and author of a book
of poems. Recreations: Swimming, fishing, study of Jewish and general history,
