Educated at Marist Brothers' College, Uitenhage; Rhodes University College; University of Cape Town and Trinity College, Dublin. Part-time Medical Superintendent, Frontier Hospital, Queenstown. President, Queenstown and District Music Club for past 25 years. Chairman, Girls' High School Committee; member, Queenstown School Board. Past President, Queenstown Hebrew Congregation. During World War II served as Major in S.A. Medical Corps. Past President, Medical Association of South Africa; Vice-Chairman, Federal Council, Medical Association of S.A.
