Educated at State High School, Saratow and Universities of Saratow and Berlin. Came to South Africa, 1924. Member of Pretoria Hebrew Congregation. Member of National Executive of the Israeli United Appeal and has been Chairman and Vice-Chairman of I.U.A. in Pretoria. Member, Rotary Club and Wingate Country Club.
