SEEF, Arthur Joseph. Manufacturer. Born Berlin, Germany, 27th December, 1923. Came to South Africa 1934. Educated at Durban High School and Natal Technical College. Director of Auto-Comp Manufacturing Co. (Pty.) Ltd. Former member of choir of Johannesburg Great Synagogue. Served with South African Forces during World War II in 8th Corps of Signals and 14th Armoured Brigade, attached to 6th Division. Married Shirley Joy Vellenzer, 1954; three sons.
