SEGAL, Samuel Jacob. Died 1964. Born Laingsburg 12th October, 1912, son of Morris and Rachel Segal. Educated at Laingsburg High School. Was Chairman, United Hebrew Institutions of Randfontein since 1959; President, Philip Silbert Lodge, Hebrew Order of David, 1954-56; member, Randfontein Town Bowling Club. Prior to his death, was made Hon, Life Vice-President of the United Hebrew Institutions of Randfontein. Married Betty Reitenburg, 1942; one son, one daughter. Recreation: Bowls.
