RINK, Ernest. Died 1965. Refrigeration Engineer. Born Russia, 10th September, 1916, son of Leib and Leah Rink. Came to South Africa 1927. Educated at Cape Town High School, Member of Sons of Israel and Jewish Ex-Servicemen's League. Member, S.A. Refrigeration Institute, Milnerton Golf Club, M.O.T.H. Crusader Shellhole. Served with S.A.A.F. during Second World War, saw action in North Africa and Italy. Married Anita Gladys Schneider, 1945; one son, three daughters.
