Association of Certified Secretaries; Founder, General Secretary and Treasurer of the Faculty of Accountants of South Africa; Founder of the S.A. Association of Certified Secretaries; representative in the Republic of S.A. for the Incorporated Association of Cost and Industrial Accountants (Lond.), Society of Commercial Accountants, British Society of Commerce and the Faculty of Secretaries; for many years served on the Council of the Institute of Accountants of S.A., Limited: for several years was Hon. Secretary of the Association of International Accountants (Lond.). Member of the Valkenburg Bowling Club; runner-up, Western Province Maccabi Association, final bowling tournament "Paddy" Purwitzky Cup, 1953. During World War II served with the South African Forces in 22nd Battalion C.D.C. Married, has one son and two daughters. Recreations: Bowls, swimming, walking, reading. Add.: 205 Costa Brava.
