Ltd., since 1929. Member of Governing Body of Redhill Girls' School, Johannesburg. Was Senior Officer, Red Cross Ambulance Division for 10 years; also C.P.S. Adjutant. Is Foundation Member, Balfour Park Club, Transvaal Automobile Club and Killarney Golf Club. Married Olga Ann Skok, 1949; one son, three daughters. Recreations: Tennis, golf, swimming.
