Teacher at Herzlia School, Cape Town. Previously taught at Sharona School, Durban; and various schools in Johannesburg. Member of Habonim, 1951-56; committee member, Students' Jewish Association at University of Cape Town, 1954-55; member of national executive of Jewish Students' Association, 1955-56.
