Association, University of Cape Town, 1955; representative of the Association
on S.A. Jewish Board of Deputies (Council of Western Province Committee)
1953-54; secretary-treasurer, Cape Town branch of Queen's College Old Boys'
Association; Vice-Chairman, Gardens Executive and Organisation Committee,
Progressive Party. Was Abe Bailey Bursar for University of Cape Town. Married
Shirley Singer, 1959; two sons. Recreation: Watching sport. Add.: 2, Deer Park
