General manager of a pharmaceutical firm. Served chemist's apprenticeship with Lumsden & Co., Kingwilliamstown, then represented Petersens, Cape Town, for five years, now with Alex Lipworth. Secretary, Parkview- Greenside Hebrew Congregation, 1950, treasurer, 1952- 54; chairman, 1956-57. Member, Pirates Greenside Bowling Club. Married Kathleen Stakol, 1935; one son, two daughters.
