LANDAU, Victor. Born Bloemfontein, 27th March, 1905; son of Harold and Anne Landau. Educated at and O.F.S. Technical College, Brebnor School and O.F.S. Bloemfontein. Was on staff of Cape Town Municipality, now retired and employed by Newage (Pty) Ltd. Member, Temple Israel Reform Congregation, and served on the committee and Brotherhood; member, S.A. Jewish Ex-Service League. Chairman 1st Pinelands Boy Scouts Committee 1955-56. Represented O.F.S. at Rugby. Member, Hamiltons Rugby Club, Cape Peninsula Angling Club. Hon. Life Member, Western Province Rugby Football Referees' Society. Served with South African Forces, 67th Tech. Service Corps, Artillery and Engineers during World War II.
