Born Durban, 16th April, 1924, son of Leonard Thomas and Francis Emily Levey. Educated at Hilton College and Witwatersrand and Natal Universities. Managing Director: Precision Contact Lens Laboratories (Pty.) Ltd., Milton's Opticians. Rotarian, Rosebank Rotary Club. Member of South African Optometric Council and founder member, Contact Lens Society of S.A. During World War II served in S.A.A.F., Observer-navigator, Lieutenant.
