Member of Council of the United Hebrew Institutions, Bloemfontein. President of the Bloemfontein Rowing Association; Past-President Ramblers (Tennis) Bloemfontein. Married 15th February, 1966 to Minnie, daughter of the Late Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Kaplan of Port Elizabeth.
