Plays leading part in Jewish Women's Benevolent and Welfare Society, Johannesburg; was chairman for four years and is a life hon. officer and member of its executive. Served on committee of S.A. Jewish Orphanage for 30 years and was made a life hon. member in 1957. Served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Jewish Girls' Residential Club.
