KALMANSON, Isaac. Retired Company Director. Born Zager, Lithuania, 6th October, 1892, son of Moses and Rachel Kalmanson. Came to South Africa 1905. Educated in Randfontein and Johannesburg. Formerly Managing Director of Amalgamated Packaging Industries. Member of the Great Synagogue, Wolmarans Street, the Witwatersrand Jewish Aged Home, the S.A. Jewish Orphanage, the Bikkur Cholim and other societies. Member, Transvaal Automobile Club, Reading Club, Reading Country Club and Balfour Park. Has one son and one daughter. Recreation: Golf.
