Formerly Director of Broadway Furnishers, in association with Barons and Excelsior Furniture Group. Founder member and National Council member of Magen David Adom in South Africa. Chairman of Zionist Youth Societies, 1936- 39. Member, Oxford Synagogue. Served with South African Forces during World War II. Member, Transvaal Automobile Club, Killarney Golf Club.
