Partner in M. Gutkin, Fisher & Co., and Director of various companies. Chairman, Bramley School Committee; Treasurer, 1955-56; Chairman, 1957- 61; President, 1962; Vice-Chairman (1963-64) of Northern Suburbs Hebrew Congregation. Member, Waverley Bowling Club. During World War II served in I.L.H. (1939-40); S.A.A.F.; rank, W.O. I (1940-46); Link Trainer Instructor. Married Phyllis Deen, 7th June, 1948; three daughters. Recreation: Sport.
