FOX, David. Printer. Born Polischeno, Latvia, 4th October, 1891, son of Meyer Jacob and Beile Fox. Came to South Africa in 1928. Director of Printing Company; previously a general dealer. Member of the Krugersdorp Hebrew Congregation; Jewish Orphanage, Old Age Home, Magen David Adom, Benevolent Association, Maccabi, and other organisations. Member, Kadimah Sports Club. Served in World War I (1914-1920) on the Russian Front. Married Bertha Aron in Moscow, Russia; two sons, two daughters. Add.: 8 Alberma Court, Burger St., Krugersdorp; P.O. Box 13, West Krugersdorp.
