Chairman and Managing Director of the Frame Group of Industrial Organisations. Chairman, National Textile Manufacturers' Association; Member of the Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Council; Government representative on the Council of Natal Technical College; Member, Council of George Campbell College. Holds Durban civic honours and is Hon. Citizen of New Orleans. Justice of the Peace. Member, Council of Natal Jewry and Council of the Durban Jewish Club.
