Was Chairman, Observatory-Mountain View Benevolent Society, 1941-44. Was active communal worker in Jewish Women's Benevolent Society, Women's Zionist League (Yeoville Branch), and S.A. Ort-Oze (Houghton Branch). Married the late Idal David Chasan, 1916; three sons.
