COHEN, Alfred Maurice Henry. Manufacturers' Representative. Born in Salisbury, S.R., 18th October, 1911, son of Ethel and Louis Moco Cohen. Came to South Africa 1915. Educated at the S.A. College School, Cape Town. Director, Club Services (Pty.) Ltd.; previously Managing Director of Kingsway Trading Co. (Pty) Ltd. Member of Executive, Cape Zionist Youth, 1931-32; Executive member, Brotherhood of Temple Israel, Cape Town. Foundation member of the False Bay Rugby Club and member of the Clovelly Country Club. Has been associated with the Boy Scout movement for the past 37 years. Was on active service during the Second World War and was awarded the Efficiency Medal (Military).
