COHEN, Rose. Born Zagare, Lithuania, 17th August, 1927, daughter of Chaim and Chane Grinblat. Came to South Africa 1930. Educated at Pretoria High School for Girls and Jeppe High School, Johannesburg. Chairman, Pretoria Branch of the Union of Jewish Women (1966); Secretary, Carmel Schools P.T.A. (1961-1965). Member, Pretoria United Hebrew Congregation, Wingate Park Country Club, Pretoria Women's Club. Married Harris Cohen, 20th March, 1949; two sons, one daughter. Add.: 59 Tait Street, Colbyn, P.O.
