and Secretary to a commercial firm before going into own business as Accountant
and Auditor. Member L/A Committee, Peri-Urban Areas Health Board, N.E.
Johannesburg since 1964; Hon. Treasurer, S.A. Amateur Gymnastic Union since
1953; Hon. Treasurer, Yeoville Community Association, 1958- 1965. Committee
member, S.A. Maccabi (S. Tvl.). 1961-1962; Hon. Treasurer, S.A. Jewish
Ex-Service League, 1966. Member, Soldiers' Assistance Committee of Jewish Board
of Deputies. Member, Chevra Kadisha, Hebrew Benevolent Society, Witwatersrand
Jewish Aged Home and Selwyn Segal Hostel. Member, Linksfield Ridge Bowling
Club. Served with South African Forces in World War II, 1st and 2nd S.A. Divisions
