Previously Senior Surgeon, Senior Clinical Lecturer, King Edward VIII Hospital, Durban, and Faculty of Medicine, University of Natal. Senior Visiting Surgeon, Addington Hospital, Durban. President of Natal Coastal Branch, Medical Association of S.A., 1963. Member, Durban Jewish Club. Married Loma Hart 25th August, 1943; one son, one daughter. Served with South African Forces in World War II from June, 1940, until August, 1945. Rank: W/S Captain. Mentioned in despatches. Recreations: Tennis, swimming.
