BIEBER, Leo. Retired printer. Owned printing business in Berlin, Germany, for 33 years, and in Johannesburg for 21 years. Born Mewe, West Prussia, 1st June, 1879, son of Abraham and Marie Bieber. Arrived in South Africa 1939. Educated at Hildesheimer School and Berlin University. Member, Oddfellows Lodge. Was member for 30 years of the Juedische Gemeinde, Berlin.
