Educated at Manchester Talmudical College, Manchester University, Strasbourg University, University of S.A. Minister and Principal, Potchefstroom Hebrew Congregation, Chaplain to Potchefstroom Military Camp. Formerly Minister in Manchester, Swansea, S.E. London and Kimberley Hebrew Congregations. Was Chaplain with the 14th Army, Burma, and 12th Army, Malaya, and Eastern Command. England, and N. Ireland. Was Chaplain to H.O.D. Lodge, Kimberley, and M.O.T.H.S. Kimberley. Was Lecturer (French) at Kimberley Technical College. Author of "The Position and Status of the Proselyte in Jewish Law." Member, Potchefstroom Country Club.
