KRAMER, Robert, Merchant and Wool Broker. Born in Courland in 1853, and educated there. Married in 1878 to Jennie Blumberg; has six children. Came to South Africa in 1882. Committee Member of Talmud Torah, and ex-Committee Member of Gardens Synagogue, and Philanthropic Society, Cape Town; one of the Founders of the Talmud Torah; also of the Lodge of Israel.
