KRUGER, Sam, Boot Manufacturer. Born in Warsaw in 1879, and educated there. Came to South Africa in 1895. Married in 1916 to Deborah Cohen, of Cape Town; has three children. One of the most generous supporters of all Jewish causes; founded one of the first boot factories in South Africa, employing 50 Europeans Postal Address: Craighall, Johannesburg.
