FEITELBERG, Joseph, Produce Merchant (Senior Partner in the firm of D. Kingsbury & Co.). Born in Pilten, Latvia, in 1882. Educated at Kovno, Russia. Came to South Africa in 1904. Married to Dora Konigsfest in 1909; has five children. Member of Committee, Berea Hebrew Congregation, since 1916; Treasurer of above from 1924 to 1927, and Vice-President since 1927; Talmudical Student of Slabodka Yeshiva, up to the age of 18.
