Lecturer, Rhodes University College, Grahamstown, 1911-1917; Lecturer, Witwatersrand University, 1918; Secretary, South African Zionist Federation since January, 1919; Editor, Zionist Record, 1919-1924; Executive, South African Zionist Federation, 1916-1918; Executive, South African Jewish Board of Deputies, 1921-1923, and Treasurer, 1923-1926; Past Member of Executive of Relief Fund, and a Past Vice-President.
