Past Vice- President, present Treasurer, United Hebrew Institutions of Randfontein. Past Executive member, Chamber of Commerce (acted as member of Valuation Court). Served on Committee of Randfontein English Medium School. Past Committee member, Randfontein Bowling Club. Member, Robinson Bowling Club. Served in the National Volunteer Brigade during World War II.
