Member of the Women's Provincial Committee; Regional Vice- President for Cape Western Areas, Union of Jewish Women. Was Mayoress of Worcester 1958-65. President of Worcester Dramatic Society; President of Western Province Seniors Friendship Club; Chairman, W.P. Family Planning; Chairman Worcester Cancer Liaison Committee; Chairman, Fund Raising and Clothing Committee and Executive member, W.P. Tuberculosis Regional Council. 1956 Seminarist to Israel. Lecturer on goodwill, care of T.B, sufferers and dependants; Care of cancer sufferers and their dependants. Member, Worcester Golf and Bowling Club and seven times singles Champion and winner in pairs and mixed pairs. Married Elias Traub, December, 1930; one son, one daughter.
