Town, 17th April, 1928; son of Salomon and Minnie Watkin. Educated at Sea Point
Boys' High School and University of Cape Town. Director of numerous private
companies. Previously practised as Advocate of the Supreme Court of South
Africa, Cape of Good Hope Provincial Division. Member, Green and Sea Point
Hebrew Congregation; Grand Order of Israel and King David Lodge. Recreations:
