WOOLF, Barnett, B.A. (Hons.). Director of Companies. Born Manchester, England, 9th July, 1892; son of Colman and Anne Woolf. Came to South 1907. Educated at Fransch Hoek High Africa 1907. School and South African College. Was Maynard Scholar. Managing Director of L. Tuchten (Pty.) Ltd. and L. Tuchten (Tvl.) (Pty.) Ltd. Previously was journalist on "Cape Argus" and for a short period Editor of "Bloemfontein Post". Member, Cape Town Hebrew Congregation and Hon. Life President of the Cape Jewish Aged Home, with which he has been associated for more than 37 years. Member of Cape Town Stadium Bowling Club.
