Formerly Medical Officer, Table Bay Harbour. Member of Federal Council of M.A.S.A., past President, Cape Western Branch, Medical Association; Chairman, Medical Committee, Somerset Hospital. Member of the Hospital Board. Formerly member of Cape Council, S.A. Jewish Board of Deputies, and Vice-President, Cape Town Progressive Congregation.
