SANDIG, Raymond. M.B., Ch.B., D.P.M. (Rand). Psychiatrist. Born Boksburg 8th September, 1916, son of Samuel and Bertha Sandig. Educated at Jeppe High School, Johannesburg, and University of the Witwatersrand, and London University (King's College). Neuro-Psychiatrist Tara Hospital, Johannesburg. Director of various private companies and has an interest in cattle ranching. During World War II served as a Lieutenant in the S.A. Medical Corps. Member, Jeppe Old Boys, 'Quondam'; Transvaal Automobile Club, Balfour Park Country Club, Married Doris Myerson, 1948; two sons, two daughters. Recreations: Bowls, fishing, horse-riding.
