(Pty.) Ltd. Previously was Merchandising Director of large group of department stores. Former Chairman of Cape Town Zionist Society. Served for many years as member of Western Province Zionist Council. Was President of First Palestine Industrial Exhibition held in Cape Town. Member, Economic Society of South Africa; member, National Liberal Club, London. Recreation: Travel, reading, study of human relations. Married Leona Chermack, 1929; four sons.
