June, 1903, son of Sostok and Anne Marks. Came to South Africa 1909. Educated
at Marist Brothers. Koch Street, Johannesburg. Managing Director, S.A. Chemists
(Pty.) Ltd., and Witbank Coal Agency (Pty) Ltd. Formerly Director, General
Chemical Corporation Ltd. S.A. Pharmaceutical Development Corporation Ltd.,
B.O.J. Ltd.; Alternate Director, African Consolidated Theatres Ltd. Kinemas
Ltd., and African Consolidated Films Ltd. Member, Yeoville Hebrew Congregation,
since 1930. Member, Transvaal Automobile Club, since 1931. During World War II
was in Police Reserve. Married Theresa Hayden in London, 16th September, 1930;
two sons. Recreation: Golf. Add.: 106, Bretton Woods, Killarney, Johannesburg.
