MINSKER, Samuel Reuben. B.Com. Director of Wholesale Business. Born Orange Free State 2nd April, 1914, son of Rafael Gershon Minsker. Educated at Winburg, O.F.S., O.F.S., and University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. Member of Emmarentia Hebrew Congregation since 1948, and its Chairman from 1960- 1962.
