OSSHER, Louis Merchant. Born Kelem, Lithuania 22nd October, 1885, son of Yitzchak and Devorah Ossher. Came to South Africa 1903. Past Treasurer, Grahamstown Chevra Kadisha 1931-60. During World War II was a member of the National Reserve of Volunteers. Married Cecelia Steinberg, 1927; two sons. Add.: 8, Donkin Street, Grahamstown, C.P.
