Educated at Barnato Park Girls' High School, University of the Witwatersrand and Johannesburg College of Education. Previously taught at Jeppe Girls' High School, 1956. Vice-Chairman, Union of Jewish Women, Queenstown, 1966. Member of Queenstown Hebrew Congregation. Married Joseph Ivan Koopowitz, 16th December, 1956; four sons. Recreations. Bridge, reading.
