KROTO, Albert Alexander. Agent. Born Hamburg 9th July, 1895, son of Alexander and Berta Krotoszyner. Educated in Germany. Came to South Africa 1936. Member of Gardens Synagogue, Cape Town, Etz Chaim Hebrew Congregation and Our Parents' Home. Member of the Cape Town Concert Club and Friends of Italy. Served in German Army during First World War and was awarded Hanseaten Kreuz and Kriegsverdienst Kreuz mit Schwerten. and E.K.2. Recreations: Swimming, reading, walking.
