Senior Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregation of Johannesburg and Rabbi of the Yeoville Synagogue, United Hebrew Congregation and Dayan of the Beth Din of the Transvaal, O.F.S. and Natal. Senior Lecturer in Talmud, Yeshiva College, Johannesburg. Mayor's Chaplain, 1950. Executive member, United Hebrew Schools. Chairman, Curriculum Committee, United Hebrew Schools.
