Educated at Grey College, Bloemfontein, Cape Town University, London University. Committee member, United Hebrew Institutions of Bloemfontein since 1962; Past Director, Bloemfontein Rotary Club; committee member, B.E.S.L., member, Bloemfontein Club, Ramblers, Bloemfontein Golf Club. Saw active service in World War II with South African Forces, 1941- 1946, including desert and Italy campaigns. Married Ruth Segall, 30th October, 1950; two sons. Recreations: Fishing, bowls, golf, Add.: 4, Webb Street, Bloemfontein.
