KACEV, Meyer Chayim. Businessman. Born Kursan, Lithuania, 21st December, 1908, son of Isser Leib and Liebe Kacev. Educated in Lithuania at Hebrew College and Yeshiva. Came to South Africa 1929. Member of Bloemfontein Hebrew Congregation and Menorah Chess Club. Married Sara Ester Vogelman; two daughters. Recreations Fishing and chess. Add.: 21, Deane Avenue, Bloemfontein.
